Who we are

This policy describes how Shri Raj Global — operator of Suvee for Agency ("the Service") — collects, uses, and safeguards personal information.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, work email, and agency name provided at signup.
• Company data: the clients, vendors, products, orders, invoices, payments, and messages you record inside the Service.
• Billing data: subscription plan, invoice number, buyer GSTIN (if provided), and payment identifiers returned by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• Operational data: logs necessary to keep the Service running (request timestamps, error traces).

Why we collect it

To provide, operate, secure, and support the Service; to send you transactional messages you configure (e.g. WhatsApp reminders to your own clients/vendors); to issue GST invoices for payments; and to comply with legal obligations.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in our Lovable Cloud backend (built on Supabase), hosted on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Row-level security rules restrict access so that data entered by one agency is never readable by any other agency using the Service — each tenant sees only its own workspace.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) — solely to process payments you initiate.
• WhatsApp providers you have connected — solely to deliver messages you send.
• Government or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.

Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable window afterward to allow reactivation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing our support email. We respond within 30 days.
