Terms of Service

1. About the service

Suvee for Agency ("the Service") is a subscription-based, cloud-hosted business operations platform for agencies, providing masters (clients, vendors, products), transactions (orders, invoices, payments, returns), reports, and WhatsApp automation. The Service is operated by Shri Raj Global.

2. Free trial

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full feature access. No payment card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, an active subscription is required to continue creating new transactions and running reports; existing data remains viewable.

3. Subscription plans & billing

  • Monthly plan: ₹1,999 + GST, billed monthly, auto-renewing until cancelled.
  • Annual plan: ₹17,988 + GST, billed once per year, auto-renewing until cancelled.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST (18%). GST is added at checkout as CGST+SGST or IGST depending on your registered state.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.

4. Service delivery

Because the Service is a software subscription and not a physical good, access is activated immediately upon successful payment. No shipping is involved. GST invoices for each payment are available in Settings → Billing.

5. WhatsApp Credits

WhatsApp Credits are a separate prepaid balance used to send automatic messages (order/invoice/payment updates, reminders). Credits are purchased on top of, and independent of, any subscription plan. Balance is deducted per message sent, at the rates published in the app's rate card. Credits do not expire while the account is active.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, and not to use WhatsApp automation for unsolicited marketing outside your existing business relationships. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and the messages you configure.

7. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We access it only as needed to operate and support the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and outages beyond our control (including third-party infrastructure) may occasionally affect availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Howrah, West Bengal (to be confirmed).
